Before stepping into the mortgage broking space, Jack built his financial expertise through several years at Bendigo Bank. There, he gained firsthand experience in personal lending, customer service, and financial planning — skills he now brings to his role as Business Development Manager. His time in retail banking shaped his customer-first approach, and he continues to build strong, lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and practical advice..

Outside the office, Jack enjoys a round of golf and catch up with friends and family. Also an avid Carlton supporter but we wont hold that against him.
